Sooooo I think I need to get to the last GW you went to. I love the Georges Briard lion and the ashtray! I'd keep them for myself. And I also loved the chip/dip that was missing the dip bowl. I'm like an hour away 😭. At least tomorrow is Saturday. Love your videos! Thanks for bringing me along on your journey!
Don't you dare get sick! Take something when you get home! Lots of vitamin c is good to save you from catching cold just start a course of something to save you
I did. My friend Lisa has an "anti-sick bag" of stuff that she uses and she gave me a few a while back. I took lots of stuff and washed it down with orange juice! 🤣🤣🤣
Hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a wonderful 2025. We went to the south Scottsdale location the other day, lots of very interesting people!!! 😂😂
I loved the Tin with the flowers and sayings on it and my other favourite was the little kitchen cabinet (is it for kids? It looks small!). Love watching your videos :)
Hello Romy ,the white Plates are made in France by the Company Arcoroc and the Name of it it's Octime. They usually come in black and the white version is rare ( my Parents had them in the 80's xD ).Don't know about their value in the US but in Germany they go for good Money , 6 Diner Plates go for around 60€ and a cup for 8-10€, the Salad Bowl goes for 40-50€ just for an quick example.
@@RomysRetro they was a huge thing in the 80's and i loved them ,still have a few pieces left but the most got broken over the years and i am always on the hunt for them for a good price.
I was there on Thursday! I laughed at all the bobble heads too! I got a couple Christmas things that I'll list this weekend. I found a few good men's pants but not much in the hard goods. Happy New Year!
Woulda shoulda coulda I know but that Hoosier Cabinet! Fast flip locally for $100 - $150 I think. A refinisher would buy that for $100. 🎅 Nice pick ups especially the hand. I’d keep that one. 👍
i love restaurant ware!!! i found white glass with the green ring on it... coffee mugs, saucers, dinner plates, etc.. for $.25 each!!!! $.25!!! i should have gotten the entire crate but i only bought 4 coffee mugs and 4 saucers
Morning, love the hand and the Trieste plate. Was that plate copper or brass? The tin box was fabulous. Did you get the connection ? The writing on the back was Vintage cars of Carlisle, that is where Joclynn lives, they have an annual car show there, of which I got completely lost on my way back from Sam's. (Just a side note.) I love your passion for sentimental things. I so hope you don't get sick from those kids. Thank you for sharing, As always, Romy Rocks!
The Jewish brass hand is lovely! I pray you don't catch that cold. I don't understand why people don't stay home when they're sick. Take care, Romy. 😊🙏💝
Not only did the owl have a “chippy”, he had a “chunky”.
