Instant dry yeast ho to kitna yeast dalna chahiye?

5 grams for 1 kg instant yeast is more than enough,,,use 10 grams fresh yeast for I kg,,,we make 5 batch pizza dough every day even more at weekend,,,we use 75 grams dry instant yeast for 20 kg flour ,,,,,
