I see a lot of comments eluding to the idea that these cars are being sold without disclosing that they were in an accident. Here in the states these cars are bought at insurance auctions with a salvage title. Then they are either used for parts or repaired and sold with a salvage title. All you have to do is look up the VIN and you can see photos of the damage before you buy. I have personally bought two vehicles with salvage titles and I was very happy with both of them. You can buy a $20k car that looks like new for $10k. It's actually a great way to own a car or truck that you wouldn't normally be able to afford otherwise. Especially if you have someone like this guy (Arthur) doing the work. This guy is a skilled craftsman and I wouldn't hesitate to own one of the vehicles that he repaired.
Arthur's a very skilled man, but you never see him check or jig the underside of the vehicle, sub-frame, axel and suspension mounting points. Just having nice gaps doesn't mean it will drive in a straight line !

bnorcini23 that's because in this country we have rules that stop wrecks like this from potentially killing their occupants during their second accident. A minor fender bender salvage title is one thing, this car should never be put back on the road. The man has skills, but no conscience for the lives he puts at risk

At the very least he's doing a really good job putting the car back together, i've been a lot of corner cutting just to get the car fast out of the shop and the next one it. This guy really takes pride in his work and at least the car is a lot more safe than doing a botches repair job like most others would.

Keep in mind that in some countries businesses are happy with any work that comes their way. They are not as privileged as we are to pick comfortable orders and decline unethical ones. You are a Master. From what I have seen, I would not hesitate to drive a car repaired by you. Back in the 90s, when I was young, me and my mates were repairing rustbuckets simply to have a ride at all. Our repairs did not look 10% as good as yours. Those commenting about how the repaired car has lost its structural integrity simply have no clue. But please don't forget the rust protection (undercoating and cavities sealing).
Mad respect for the patience and artistic mind of this amazing body man. Taking cars that in the U.S. we throw away. Then turning them back to there original state. Would love to have a panel beater like you in my shop. No corners cut. I bet all the gaps are to BMW spec. Know one here can do what you do!! Keep it up!!
I am most impressed with the gaps . I’ve had work on my cars done before and have had like a solid half inch difference in gaps . Aurtor , please come to the US and open a shop lol

Mild steel GAINS stiffness when you work it research Youngs Modulus, Flexural modulus, Ultimate Strength, learn about them, master them, then you will have a better understanding about Yield, and stress/strain plots etc and only then can you naysayers pull your foot out of your mouth.. So many of these seams are simply spot welded and seam sealed, it's the conglomoration of parts and connections that work together, quite possibly the crash test will be changed a bit, but overall it isn't when done CORRECTLY as this guy does. this guy is a MASTER, a M A S T E R. Period. Nobody goes to this trouble to fully remove all wiring and full drivetrain unless they are doing it RIGHT... We only wish all shops were doing this quality work, but we wouldn't want to pay for it.... //done

Naprawa została przeprowadzona zgodnie ze "sztuką" klepania trumien. Koleś jest bardzo dobry - ma talent. Jednak elementy konstrukcji raz zgniecone, po wyciągnięciu nie mają swoich właściwości i przy kolejnym zderzeniu zmasakrują osoby w aucie. To trumna na kółkach. Tego auta nie dało by się zrobić na szybki zarobek chyba że wycinaka ćwiartek przód i tył.

Bravo, Mr. Tussik! There are so many bad body shops in the world that do terrible work to much less badly damaged cars. Thank you for sharing videos of someone doing excellent, high quality work! Your work is precise and looks great. Your body lines are great, as are the panel gaps. Your welding looks to be very clean, too. I am an American who owns a Jeep. Many Jeep owners learn to work on cars because the Jeep Wrangler is so easy to work on. This leads you into a vortex of spending money on parts, then better tools, then more ambitious projects that lead to more parts and more tools, ha ha ha! Most of the Jeepers I personally drive off-road with are now fairly good welders and can do fairly competent body work because they break stuff on the jeep every weekend! I, too, am a fairly competent MIG and flux-core welder, but while my work is very strong it looks like snot! HAHAHA!!! I enjoy your videos and will continue to watch them. Liked and subbed!
Sr. Arthur es usted muy bueno en su trabajo de metal. pero la resistencia al esfuerzo de los materiales reparados ya no es la misma si el auto volviera a tener un accidente, percance o alcance lo que sea, a lo que voy es que ese esfuerzo se acumula en el metal. Le pongo un ejemplo: es como es sol que nos da a lo largo de nuestra vida nunca desaparece, se sigue acumulando. Es lo mismo en los metales al siguiente accidente ese material ya no se doblaría sino se deformaría mucho más que la primera vez por el esfuerzo acumulado, por lo que en lo personal no quisiera un auto reparado de esta manera. возможно ВИН заводской аккуратно выпиливается из поврежденного элемента и в новый вваривается сохраняя заводской окрас, а так как изменения идентификационных номеров на кузове нет вот и ставят.

Saga Andresson he does very good work, but let's be real any car that's been hit on a certain point has been stressed and will never be 100%.99% fixed sure but if this car for instance where to crash again in the same or close to the same spots it will be far more damaged then it was, try folding a piece of tin foil a couple times and making it perfect with no creases
Dylan Basdeo the problem of it folding again isn’t so big as most people think it will fold again but it still has structural integrity and wont fold so easy I’m more concerned that the weld will crack than it folding in a crash so it would be a little more damaged but i he replaced the most damaged piece of the “frame” of the car it is a frameless car self carrying chassis or what its called but its mostly safe in a crash anyhow not 100% but mostly safe safer than most older cars

Rare Case if he sold it with a clear title yes but if it's a salvage title then you'd be wasting your time in court.

Naprawa została przeprowadzona zgodnie ze "sztuką" klepania trumien. Koleś jest bardzo dobry - ma talent. Jednak elementy konstrukcji raz zgniecone, po wyciągnięciu nie mają swoich właściwości i przy kolejnym zderzeniu zmasakrują osoby w aucie. To trumna na kółkach. Tego auta nie dało by się zrobić na szybki zarobek chyba że wycinaka ćwiartek przód i tył.
Człowieku doucz się najpierw zanim coś napiszesz.. po tak profesjonalnej naprawie nie ma przeciw wskazań aby szedł do kasacji..

Your work is precise and looks great. Your body lines are great, as are the panel gaps. Your welding looks to be very clean, too.
I am an American who owns a Jeep. Many Jeep owners learn to work on cars because the Jeep Wrangler is so easy to work on. This leads you into a vortex of spending money on parts, then better tools, then more ambitious projects that lead to more parts and more tools, ha ha ha! Most of the Jeepers I personally drive off-road with are now fairly good welders and can do fairly competent body work because they break stuff on the jeep every weekend! I, too, am a fairly competent MIG and flux-core welder, but while my work is very strong it looks like snot! HAHAHA!!!

Le pongo un ejemplo: es como es sol que nos da a lo largo de nuestra vida nunca desaparece, se sigue acumulando. Es lo mismo en los metales al siguiente accidente ese material ya no se doblaría sino se deformaría mucho más que la primera vez por el esfuerzo acumulado, por lo que en lo personal no quisiera un auto reparado de esta manera. Si estoy equivocado por favor coméntemelo me daría mucho gusto saber sus comentarios. Saludos desde México.

да на правой полке как раз вин номер автомобиля. не понимаю если честно как потом ставят на учет.
возможно ВИН заводской аккуратно выпиливается из поврежденного элемента и в новый вваривается сохраняя заводской окрас, а так как изменения идентификационных номеров на кузове нет вот и ставят.
ну так такое делать нельзя! это машина считается с измененным вин номером/ и не важно что он тот же что и был!

Saga Andresson he does very good work, but let's be real any car that's been hit on a certain point has been stressed and will never be 100%.99% fixed sure but if this car for instance where to crash again in the same or close to the same spots it will be far more damaged then it was, try folding a piece of tin foil a couple times and making it perfect with no creases
Dylan Basdeo the problem of it folding again isn’t so big as most people think it will fold again but it still has structural integrity and wont fold so easy I’m more concerned that the weld will crack than it folding in a crash so it would be a little more damaged but i he replaced the most damaged piece of the “frame” of the car it is a frameless car self carrying chassis or what its called but its mostly safe in a crash anyhow not 100% but mostly safe safer than most older cars
