I don't have working with images on my upcoming list, so it might not happen for a long time. In the meantime, you can use images, in most story formats, by using the IMG HTML element (developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/img). Generally, you need to host the image somewhere and then use its URL as part of the IMG element to show the image both locally, if editing using the desktop application, or online, using the editor online or hosting the resulting HTML somewhere.
