Lulworth to kimmeridge by Sup 23/6/24 including quick bit of fun playing in caves

Early start leaving from Lulworth cove around high tide at 7:30 am, forcast of winds of between 5 and 12mph but got up a bit beyond that i think on last half hour on way back. Swell forcast was around 0.5m and 6 seconds. Not an easy paddle at all even in light wind conditions so a fair bit of it done on knees.
Some fun through a nice cave in Worbarrow bay with a few waves coming through.
