Just a response to your candle and the reason for the black around the top.
The wick needs to trimmed before each time you burn your candle. I’m a candle maker and that’s a number one thing us candle makers tell our customers 😁

To answer you deodorant question, I would never wear it to bed because I was aware of the bad ingredients so I didn’t want it on longer than I had to, but now native is around I will happily wear it to bed 🙌🏼

Conagh you have the right idea, upload the vlog then go for a walk while we watch it. Building up some decent muscle there Conagh. Love seeing you without makeup as you look so pretty. All lighting looks good on you. Why do you take off your watch? It's waterproof. Yum love garlic. If I went to bed that early I'd be up at 4:30am in the pitch black lol. You know the apple watch only needs just over an hour to charge if you charge it daily. So you could charge it while cooking and eating and wear it at night like I do. You do actually look really cute in the morning, the natural hair look is kinda sexy too ngl. All my love from the UK. Stay safe. Love ya 💖💖💖
I feel like I am the same as you my brain is always working this is why I'm always on my phone.. You should try reading with white noises it helps a lot. And maybe try mediate a Lil to calm your mind.
And for walks I call a friend or I listen to a podcast or Ted talk 😊
