Aqui no Brasil preparamos um bolinho a base de milho verde chamamos de pamonha é uma delícia o preparo é muito idêntico ao preparo do bolinho de arroz que Dandan está preparando, a pamonha é cozida na própria palha do milho em panelas de água quente, quando vamos fazer pamonha costumamos reunir a família para ajudar no preparo.
