I do love watching these videos. It's fun to see how everything comes together. You try not to talk through the screen, like hey don't forget to check on those smoke machines. However It looked like there was more in this video.
All carts have a maximum size that we all work to: 100ft long, 11ft wide, 18ft high... if one cart can get through, then they all can. These are requirements of being issued a VSO which allows us to travel legally on the road.
There is a maximum weight of 50 tons as well... but we don't get anywhere near that now that we're all using smaller generators due to the LED lamps. We're generally around 35 tons.
Well I’ve been doing carnivals for 20 years and it’s changed a fair bit since then. I have no idea what they were like 36 years ago! Hope you enjoy it!

CarnivalBen you learn something new every day I knew they couldn’t be any longer than 100ft but didn’t know the other ones

Come to them both! Not much difference really, it’s the same carts just in a different order.
