Since my comment is really old and my box already gone...
Basically i used a chocolate egg box that i cut up and folded the plastic at an angle, which i then put my phone over, so that the image reflected downwards. The cardboard walls weren't stable enough and sometimes the phone slipped off, but I eventually figured out a way to stabilise it.

Tip: If your learning the dance screen record if you have an IPhone and go to edit then crop the mirror it. For an android I think you can use an MP4 website the like a video editing app. Idk
