I wanted to know the difference between a Magistrate in a criminal case (like CJM, ACJM, JM I, JM II) and Judge (like Sessions Judge, Additional Sessions Judge, Assistant Sessions Judge).
JM,ACJM ye sab 3 se 7 saalki saza se sakte hai bas. Aur isse upar ka criminal case sessions case ban jaata hai jispe faisla sessions judge hi de sakte hai.
Basically Sessions case are criminal case of serious offences.

Firstly, I would like to congratulate you for explaining the subject in such a simplified way. It couldn't have been better. I am sure many people aren't aware of this. Secondly, I would like to request you to provide information on Layman's laws on the issues that public encounters on daily basis. Some of them may be concerning immunity towards arrest, FIR, rights of accused, basic police procedures. Some motor vehicle rules and citizens rights against improper police actions etc.
