Hi! I have the iPad Pro with 256 GB and I currently have 66.7 GB used up. I mainly use the iPad for my school notes (Good Notes 5). I have about 10+ notebooks on there for each of my classes which started in September. Even though there's an extremely large amount of content stuffed into my Good Notes, the app (along with Documents & Data) only takes up 1.28 GB. However, my System and Other take up 24.54 GB. It really depends on you and what you're going to use the iPad for but I personally suggest the larger size storage. It's always safer and better to have more rather than having to stress about having too little.
