Growing up my mom would make sopa de fideo all the time because it's so inexpensive. She would add Carne molida or by itself or with cilantro and potatoes. There is so much you can do with these sopas with a tortilla de harina on the side and some cheese😍😍😍 yummy

You can also just lay the garlic down flat then lay the knife on it and hit it. It’ll break the garlic peel and you’ll be able to remove it super easily!💛
