I don't know why people complain about the grind. It's really not hard and is in the most perfect ballance to give people the choice to buy from the shop to support the game. It's really not hard to get what you want

i think people often target grind one item and get burnt out. I understand this is technically more efficient but can be less fun. i prefer to grind for multiple things at once. Often ill passively end up with most or all the parts for something else in the process as well. Some parts are definitely more difficult to acquire but like i said its best to look up which ones are very difficult and if you get tired of grinding for them either purchase it, grind for something else, or take a break.

Reactor farming made me uninstall yesterday, its one of those mechanics that adds nothing to the game, only frustration. Tying skill power to your gun is not fun and doesn't push any interesting choices to the player.
I held out hope for the proposed reactor change but once I saw they didn't have the intention to actually revamp it, only adding a bandaid fix I decided I was done

I grind evey weapon 5 at a time so I never have to farm them again..I have gotten every Item I ve wanted or not wanted just by sitting at outpost farming weapons

@@X_thefirsthourtotally agree. You're gonna have the urge to target farm something u really want, but when u just play and enjoy the game and get some of these items by "accident", it feels much more fulfilling.

@RainyCats1 i think there's some weird stuff concerning reactors so I wouldn't worry too much. Like for example I had a gold reactor for valby with a Peacemaker mounting. Perfect substats, and it's been outperformed by a purple reactor with no beneficial substats, even while the Peacemaker is buffing my skill power on the gold one.

So far as exotics go, I would say the grind is hell. Each weapon has its own passive and you need 5 copies to max out the passive but I have enjoyed a lot of them personally. The kings lance drops 3 pillars that are essentially turrets. Ol Greg is a burst that each bullet has a 30% chance to drop a bomb on the enemy. Building an infinite rocket launcher gley is so satisfying. The blue beetle is perfect for bunny because it removes debuffs every time she uses her 2 best abilities. I could go on in regards to diversity and uses for exotics. But yes it is like warframe so far as making builds for characters (which I personally enjoy).

good point. i forgot about the grind to upgrade the passives to max. i was mainly thinking about just acquiring them the first time. glad you enjoy the weapons

A game is 110% more fun if you start with a character you like. I started the game with Viessa and didn't make it past the tutorial (no offense to Viessa mains, just not my cup of tea). Saw Hailey drop some time later, made the purchase, and now I have hundreds of hours logged into the game.

i like the game but the DropRates are rigged beyond belief, they all seem in line as long you have almost nothing ... but later in the game everybody will realize the announced droprates are not in line with what they say.

i dont think they are rigged. Ive seen multiple posts of people who have opened hundreds of amorphous materials in which they breakdown their personal drop rates. So far they have matched the listed drop rates. RNG is just a pain sometimes. Ive used a drop rate calculator to get a better idea of how many runs of something i may have to do to get what i want. I do think they should buff stabilizers though since considering how rare they i dont feel they modify drop rates enough.

@@X_thefirsthour like i said ... once you become MR25+ meaning you got most of the stuff anyways you will agree with me. Nexon got a patent on this btw, lets say you farm a Ult. Descandant Part... the last one to complete your set, this can have a 32% Drop Chance and the game will throw anything at you but NOT the part you are missing... this aint RNG anymore. For me it was some Ult. Valby part.. 32% Drop Chance ... the last one to complete my set ... I opened like 30 Pattern and got Energy Activator after Energy Activator after Energy Activator .. but NOT the 32% Valby Part ... this aint RNG anymore.
