Frank Wong I have this phone as a backup. The screen is not all bad. Just wished they used Amoled for the phone. It's a budget phone so what do you expect..
David FR I would say it's a mid-range phone, due to its specs
I was feel very bad about this before, but in my opinion PLS TFT from Samsung (Samsung's IPS LCD, they say that) is good enough, even only a little bit different with usual IPS wich is the colour is more dull. And under sunlight there is no problem at all.

Samsung is stepping away from amoled in their low end line because amoled is in short supply , in 2017 much more flagship phones will use amoled and so samsung could not cope with the demand
