If you hold the "Deep Fill" for more than 3 seconds it would have added more water. It gets pretty close to the silver part of the agitator. I've had it for a year but have the 5.3 cu. ft. one. The overload test and it not going out of balance in the spin cycle was a huge factor! Thanks Kirk for your awesome videos! Very happy with it!
I’m glad this washer has finally come out. Lg did a good job with this design but I think they could have made the agitation a bit stronger with less pausing and stuff. I want to see a load of towels in this please.
For some reason deep fill mode, spill water from the rear left? My washer did that when the drum rotates along the agitator. On the very first day. Any clues?
I have to wash very dirty jeans (mud mostly) with knee pads (no I won’t take them out! They are super hard to do that, so they’re staying in!) so it makes washing them hard! I usually wait until the basket fills and starts the cycle, then I use my hand to guide/push down the floating knee pads until they get mixed together real good before I walk away and let it do it’s thing. I need a new set though and so I need suggestions. I was told front loaders are better at cleaning but I think I need lots of water to pull all the mud out. Help!!! Thanks in advance! 😁
I'm seeing some strong similarities between this washer and a similar model from Fisher & Paykel. Is it possible that LG built the F&P machine for them?
I would think if the downward spiral stroke was longer you would have better turnover. From what I can see it's a little shorter than the upward stroke.
Do you now when the washer came out with the agitator I have the lg washer with the wash plate had to replace wash plate after five years I like this one because it uses water how much does this washer coast
That would be a good agitator if the top part only worked in one durection like an auger. The vanes in the bottom need to be a little taller. Oh wait! That has already been tried.
I have similar LG model with impeller and matching dryer. LG top load washer & Dryers are Garbarge take forever to wash and dry. Don't waste your money

It did a very good job at turnover and a nice extended spin due to the heavy load. Not as bad as I thought it was. That’s not to say it’s wonderful.

Please add a few colored towels so we can track roll over next time
I just bought this machine and so far I can say it does a great job and removes stains. I replaced one just like this but it didn't have the agitator.
For the first time Mr Crab fell in and the washer's spin sensor wasn't triggered. Amazing.
The drain pump sounds like a note recent Fisher & Paykel top loader.
do you prefer this over the 7300 non agitator version? Can I hear pros and cos between the two. I good about both

Can you use a hose or bucket to fill the washer up? Is this machine noisy? Some people say it doesn't fill up on other modes

I’m looking forward to the dirty jeans test. I don’t see the point of the crab if it throws the balance off and marks up the agitator plate.

I like it. Better than the maytag or GE.

You can’t wash a King sized winter comforter in anything less than a 4.4 cu ft top loading washer
This is 4.8 cu ft in size
@@20javy1 Yes it is indeed
I think it was 750 Rpm. Nope. 740 rpm
What did you do with the crab on every top loading washing machines?
You drop!? Oh no.... :(

Is it the time that makes you dislike this washer or other things also?
@@victoriapless5036 I am surprised because I am about to buy it.
Gives you time to do other things. Multi tasking.
