Man, you are really impressive with your comments. It's only been a handful of BINi songs but you already pointed out important details about the group's dynamics. Although Jho, Colet and Maloi are their vocal trinity, it is actually Gwen who's so versatile, vocal-wise, that she is assigned the most diverse roles: lower and higher harmonies, adlibs or even singing with her lower register. Even your comment about Maloi's dancing. Because Maloi is not on the dance line, she is not often highlighted in their dance practices. But a couple of reactors, some dancers and others choreographers pointed out her movements, her hip movements and her abs, there is something about her moves that normal people like me would not notice if not for these nuanced views of some who's in the know. Lastly, you seem to understand how a group can succeed: Gwen and Colet would always shine in their wishbus perfs because of their roles, and not many would appreciate their roles in MV or even when you listen. But in almost all of their live, it's Colet and Gwen doing the backbone of their songs thru adlibs and harmonies. Jhoanna and Maloi usually get the high notes, but the most versatile girls in the group, are actually carrying as much. We havent really gotten to the rap line and how they slay in their singing parts. And btw, Colet and Gwen are also rappers in many of their songs.
No offense taken, bruh, you're good. Just to add - PH is an ESL country (English as Second Language) not EFL (English as Foreign Language). 99% of things you'll see here is in English, even the constitution itself is in English 😅
Colet is often the hothead of bini but she's also very comical and the prankster of the group. Gwen is nonchalant and would usually just reserve her energy for work.
Someone already commented about the English language but to add up on that, you'll see signs and legal documents here mostly in English. Though some of us wouldn't claim to be "that fluent" we can still have decent conversations. Most of us know the basics that's why it's not hard for foreign travellers to ask people here for directions for example.
My bias went from Aiah to Mikha to Maloi to Colet to Jhoanna to Sheena to Gwen to Stacey then back to Aiah again.. that is why when someone asks me who is my bias, I just say, my bias is Bini.. all of them because you will find something new and unique about Bini everyday that will make you wanna dive into the rabbit hole of Bini..
You can see here how genuinely good hearted persons our best 8 girls are. The way they helped the camerawoman get up and how they thanked everyone on their team on the wrap-up is truly heart warming. 😢❤
English is our second language we use this on work or in school or we use Tagalog- English- why we use English to.talk because we have strong allies or history of American and Filipino... make researching bro hehe I appreciate your reaction to our nation Ppop girl group much love from Ph ❤🤘🏾🇵🇭
Never clicked so fast! Seeing and appreciating more of them behind the scenes, I love that for you Can't wait for you to check their other songs! This'll be a fun journey, promise! 😆
Since you already know what OA means, here’s a few more words/expressions you might come across frequently in the future: Po/Opo = pronounced “Poh”, “Oh - Poh”, is a word we add at the end of a speech to show respect to an elder (or authority). Oo = pronounced “Oh Oh”, means YES, when speaking informally. **Opo above is actually a combination of Oo and Po so it’s Opo (yes, po). Hindi = pronounced “Hin - deh” means NO, informally. **Respectful version = Hindi po. Kuya = an honorific for an older male, usually an older sibling, but even to a stranger (similar to “Hyung” or “Oppa” in Korea). Ate = pronounced “Ah - Teh”, an honorific for older female (similar to “Noona” or “Unnie). **honorifics above are gender-neutral, a younger male or female will address someone older using the same honorifics. Nanay = mother Tatay = father Lolo = grandfather Lola = grandmother Tito = uncle Tita = auntie /end-of-lesson ✌️😅 So next time you hear BINI members call Aiah “ate”, it’s because she’s the eldest and not anything to do with eating 🤣
they are much more than what you have reacted to so far. To get a better idea of this, please react to their Salamin Salamin mv (and dance practice and Wish107.5 bus performance). This will surely be in your wheelhouse.

English is an official language here in the Philippines. We only have 180 languages here so almost all Filipino are bilinguals/trilinguals.
Oh my apologies I hope I didn’t offend anybody! Thanks for educating me!
@infinitelocke Don't worry. That is a legit question to ask.
Unfortunately, a lot of our languages already ceased.

Of Course, The Philippines is the 5th Nation who can speak English.
