I guess there's a lot of child actors in Los Angeles. Think about it: how many TV shows have kids in them? How many shows and musicals touring the country have kids in them? Performing at Disneyland is no different really.
They had several guardians with them who also acted as a teacher I believe. But for the most part they were friends kids of cast members who worked in the parade. A different time.

Maybe up to 1997. Just found ACF from late 90s, we’ll find out soon.
what year did Bill Rogers take over the intro, I've found videos from up to '01 with the female announcer, but haven't found any from '02.

@@candydog9011 That's a good point although I heard that the parks had to stop using child performers due to stricter child labor laws
