- Filmed on March 18, 2017: With gluse & elevatordude3308. MY VERY FIRST DART RIDE!!!!! :D :D I have waited over 2 to 3 years to ride this awesome light rail SUPER BADLY! As Alex Stack (gluse), this was my lucky day, so I finally got to ride the DART Rail. This is taking from Union Station where the Hyatt Regency Hotel & Reunion Tower are both connected down to Cityplace Uptown Station. Enjoy! :D

I love city Place uptown Station, I can't believe it takes three elevators to get all the way down to where the trains are as a blind person, I've had to learn this station moving to Dallas. Thanks for doing this video
I told my mom & pops that I want to go back to Dallas. Dallas Area Rapid Transit is my favorite buses & trains.

Nice video Jim! I like your DART system. In the western suburbs,I live between the green and blue line. Our L as we call them are mostly ELEVATED, on the center of express ways under ground. Using an electrified 600volt third rail.
Dude, awesome video! I'm a railfan, and light rail systems always fascinate me. If you ever get the chance, I strongly suggest riding the Valley Metro Rail system in Phoenix Arizona. It has one of the nicest sounding electronic horns I've ever heard, almost like an old Lionel Railsounds steam whistle. It's also a really fun ride, and the trains look really nice.

Great video! I love y'all's commentary. I am obsessed with elevators and trains...mainly residential/home elevators, light rails, sleeper trains, and virtually any subway system. Have you checked out the MBTA in Boston? It is such a great classic rail system. It has a couple of train car designs and a great subway section as well. I think the DART and the Chicago "L" are my favorites overall, but they all fascinate me in some form or fashion!

One time I took a DART train... Ill never ride one again after my bad experience.
What happened?
One time with my class we took the dart to fair park for some earth day thing. On the way back a woman who was talking loud on the phone boarded and kept pulling out a unlit cigarette. When she left another woman went crazy and she did something very inappropriate.
