Man I just dont get it with people, Boxes are just that, Packaging for what you are buying. I believe its a Vocal minority of resellers/scalpers for these older and rare kits, its soo cringe and really unnecessary. Glad to see more restocks, and youre doing well, best of luck for the future
Nah, people who will want to buy kits and boxes in pristine condition are valid provided they communicate it well. Why should a customer pay the same price for a kit in near perfect condition versus one that is dinged up if they care about the box too? Owner also has a right to tell them to find business somewhere else though.
Boxes aren't generally a big deal, what matters is that the actual contents are intact. Obviously it's nice to get a pristine box but ultimately the box is merely branding and only part of the product. There is a lot of consumer oriented protection in sales and I think some people try to take advantage of that to get refunds.
@@magnaritus5607 you can't say that because some people care about the boxes too. also, they can try to gake advantage of sales, like all people do. but the difference here is the seller can put the damaged one's at a slight discount while the one's that have no damage are at full retail. so people can choose what they want to buy
@magnaritus5607 if you want to pay full retail price plus all of the shipping and markups sellers put on their model kits even with a hole punched through it be my guest. Just dont force that preference on others.
the box covers are really old school, i love them.
I really enjoy the SD once, quick and fun builds and looks cute on the shelfs. If i ever win alot of money, getting most of them is a dream :P
