Had the same luck, one ex. I think it’s because it’s from the brand “EXCELL” I saw a sticker on the back of my box. When you look them up, they’re responsible for the mystery packs you can get at big box stores. They’re a rip off. Thought $40 for 11 packs was a good deal, yeah no. Stay away unless you want the promos.
