How to reset tp-link wireless router password login to factory default settings. Hard resetting a tp-link router will reset/erase all the configuration settings saved in the router. If you forgot, this will reset the admin and password login to the router and WiFi password.
How to Reset TP-Link Router-
01. Connect one end of the included power adapter to the device and plug the other end into a wall outlet nearby. Then power on your tp-link router. The startup procedure takes about one minute.
02. Locate the reset button on the rear panel of the tp-link router. Press and hold the reset button (more than 10 seconds) until the system led becomes quick-flash from slow-flash. Then release the button and wait for the tp-link router to reboot to its factory default settings.
03. When the tp-link router led lights stop flashing reset process is completed and you can configure all tp-link router settings from the beginning.

tp link factory reset is to smash it into pieces and replace it with a netgear. Resetting never actuaully works and usually kills the router.
