In the lane bang opp. Mahavir supermarket , naupada, is Keshav vada paav. U should have tried that vada paav for sure, Pramod. They do not serve besan chutney, they give u sookha chutney with vada paav. Keshav vadapaav is very famous here.

There's a restaurant called methkut in thane which is famous for maharastrian food. So if u ever go there try methkut bhat (rice with methkut. Methkut is smthg like a dry chutney u could say) and amboli and kelyacha dhirda (banana pancake)

You can do second part of this for sure...Also do visit different restaurants in thane my personal favourite is Rangla punjab, cottage, Ambrosia, utsav, satkar and mainly Prashant corner
