The government of Kyrgyzstan (KGZ) is bound by local and international law to ensure the safety of life, property, and dignity of all people living in their country, including foreigners. Their respective governments must exert diplomatic pressure on KGZ to fulfill its legal and moral obligations. But why are these students from India and Pakistan going to such an underdeveloped country (GDP global ranking: KGZ:140, PK:43, IN:5) in the first place? Both have excellent educational institutions, and KGZ is not known for any particular tradition of higher education. It is tantamount to insulting their home countries that a backward country like KGZ is educating their people! In fact, someone with a degree from KGZ would hardly be on par with the graduates of their own educational institutions.
In the meantime, these trapped students should stay strong and help each another.

Will Pakistan go to OIC to invoke Muslim Ummah against Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan? Where is Pakistan Army in all this?
This is a legal and diplomatic issue, not a miltary one. PK diplomatic mission in KGZ is in contact with KGZ authorities to ensure the safety of their citizens. As the situation is still unclear, these students should stay inside and remain calm. Help is on the way.
In the meantime, ask yourself, what you have done so far to help those stranded/trapped
