    He must want Chinese money. Look at what is happening with the Philippines where China is aggressively trying to take areas that clearly belong to the Philippines (China already lost a UN ruling but ignored it...).

      The marine dispute between China and PH was not an issue in the past. And China encourages resolving the dispute through dialogue. What wrong with that?

      @@vbch1396 It was not a problem in the past because one the Chinese changed (enlarged) their claims, two became very aggressive in trying to grab territory from the Philippines. China is using large boats inside what is rightfully Philippines waters, not dialogue.

      @@vbch1396what dialogue are you talking about? China want a bilateral dialogue, which is they only want one results. The results that they want in bilateral talks is china is the only owner of the south china sea. For how many decades that china & philippines went through bilateral talks, until the philippines back off the bilateral talks already. Because of one decision only. That’s why pursue the multilateral talks. Cos’ you cannot trust china.
