Being in a construction business I can easily say this palace won’t cost more than 25-30 crore*Land price isn’t included in this.
Or might be they imported cement from moon and sand from mars.
Plot + construction is like 40 crore. 1.25 arab is a ridiculous price.
Location of this house is not good. Gulberg green is not a good place for houses more than 150million.
Owner is dumb, If he spent that money building in bahria or near to isb secretariat. Would definitely makes sense

No doubt it’s a massive house. Unfortunately or better to say regretfully two things has been completely ignored. One is the green area doesn’t match with massive concrete structures. One will expect massive, at 10 to 20 times bigger green spaces all around the house with large trees. The second is its heating/cooling (HVAC) system which awful. In the modern houses the Heating/ cooling systems are invisible auto controlled with desirable humidity levels.
From my perspective this house is just a massive concrete structure and nothing more than that. Be sure it will be uncomfortable in sever hot or cold weather conditions,
