    We are just starting to understanding how prevalent "Toxic Shame" is in blocking us from becoming our most fulfilled and joy filled authentic selves ❤

    • @AJ-oz9vy
      @AJ-oz9vy 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +9

      Actually shame has been talked about as a destructive component in people’s lives for many many years. It is just not something that is learned through traditional school systems. This is why it becomes a blind spot for people into adulthood. Using Toxic doesn’t change the meaning. Shame is still shame.

    The most difficult thing that would rattle even the most devout Buddhist monk, is maintaining a sense of balance within the operating system of the brain when it, an electrical system, is constantly being inadvertently rewired as it moves from one environment polluted by extremely low brain-altering electrical frequencies to another on a continuous basis 24/7, unless the body is free from such brain-altering electronic interference by being outdoors somewhere deep in a forest without infrastructure.

    I love how he emphasized fear vs love in your vibratuonal state when manifesting and how this stimulates expanded state of consciousness or parasympathetic system opposed to survival but yes sometimes we have to honor our soul's or human choice that we go through or stay in certain experiences.That doesn't mean we surrender but we accept how certain survival patterns and lack has served us first and then move on into creating our reality aligned with our soul's purposes.I loved this and thank you 🙏🧡

    Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can't stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I've tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I'm frustrated, and i don't see my life with anyone else. I've done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can't. I don't know why I'm saying this here, but i really miss her and i wish i could get her back.

    Another way of looking at it. Staying focused while sitting on the bench waiting for your turn . Like shooting pool , 4 players in front of you also waiting their turn . You’re totally focused on every move, every shot in the game and how you would play the shots, visualizing . And then it’s your turn, keeping that same focus and owning the night

      I may be able to help with that to some extent. I had to learn to manipulate my own emotions. Long story. But the alternative wasn't an option.
      It depends on the emotion you're aiming to quash or inspire. Some fears, for example, will eventually go away if you keep facing them. Like fear of heights. Others can be eliminated by questioning the rationale in your own head.
      Mainly, I tried to find the opposing emotion to what was holding me back and replace it. Even music or an activity can artificially produce the desired emotion.
      I hope this helps as a starting point, until you find your own groove. Cheers!

    But if your families lives are your purpose and you manifest great things for them, it can still end up very unsatisfied with your life. Because your purpose depends on others. What they do with all your efforts can destroy you.

      @dawnmichelle6185 Actually, your comment shows that there is something there. Structural racism does not say against whites or blacks or other races. Every person who sees a norm of the society broken by a group of people, either intentionally or because of lack of education or etiquette, becomes disgusted with that act, the manifestation of that disgust might look as hatred for the people who broke the norm, some people call this racism. It can be against anybody or race. My remedy is do good so you're not looked down upon. And if this feeling is universal, then it is not one race against another. If there is a group of people that the color of their skin is green, and they misbehave and all other colors, white, black and brown, do not want to associate with the Greens, whose fault is this?

      @@SuperMillhillA couple of things:
      Avoidance doesn't make it go away, it's like holding a cork under water. As soon as you let go, it pops up to the surface again.
      Feeling the feelings allows them to be processed and worked through, in turn providing healing and freedom. With the cork analogy allowing the feelings to rise to the surface, processing them and letting them go, like the cork that simply floats away.
