- Here's a rock painting tutorial for this aqua and purple mandala using dot art. I love these color shift paints and this one turned out so swirly and fun. I was a blank slate going into this project and wanted to show you how I use the Mandala Brainstorms to break my creative slump. They haven't failed me yet to get me going. I'm hoping they will help you too. I've listed them below so you can download yours.
Please excuse all the pores in this stone. I'm determined to use up all the stones I made while learning how not to do that, lol. I've still got several left but they do work out in the end.

Beautiful! I LOVE these paints, have all the colours, and as someone else commented, green is my favourite, then the aqua and purple.

I love all the colourshift line. but ohhhh, I am missing a couple! lol My absolute fav is Green Flash. not even sure why, I am not generally a green person, but there you go.

I’ve been watching you create for quite some time now and it just never disappoints! Oooh that Worn Penny is a new color for me! Hot dang, I needed a reason to check out Michaels. I think I might do this pattern on a CD with only the Worn Penny paint, then leave the rest “nekked” lol
My mom said my next needs to be just the worn penny too. LOL.. that’s 2 votes so I’m gonna do one I think 😂

OK, this is BEAUTIFUL. I molded a stone months ago and put it on the shelf... this has inspired me to git it done! I'll try this one..altho..brush strokes are a struggle for me. Have a great day!
Awwww thanks!! You’ve totally got this. These brush strokes were ergonomic if that makes sense. They just go with the flow and none seems backwards to the natural way your hand wants to go. It was fun.
