It’s been 20 yrs since I used a board. 😮now I’m 48yo and want to get back on a board. So my spouse gave me this board for my birthday 🎉❤. Feels totally differently.. but I need to get gloves ..
What wheels did the fixed blade come with? I swapped out the supremes on my switchblade 40 to stimulus wheels and it was much smoother and rolled much further on a single push.
@@MadMaxProductions-sx4hu It came with supremes, I was looking at orangatang wheels but this is a little out of my field. I’m gonna take a look at stimulus wheels thanks.
@@unknownawakening6507 you’re welcome, I think you will notice a considerable decrease in rolling resistance and will feel much smoother and faster. I’d look at the orange or yellows they are the best imho
I use 90mm cloudride hurricane on my switch blade with paris trucks… it looks like it will have wheel bite but it doesnt… I use it for commuting nothing to aggressive.
Is that bolt not too close with the drop holes... I want to buy my own switch blade this month but i'm just lil bit worries that board would crack for overtime
@@MadMaxProductions-sx4hu did you reinforce it or doesnt need it? i have the same board and thinking off top mounting it. is it easier to slide topmounted?
I don't think this is true at all. I've ridden both extensively and top mount is much more responsive due to a higher center of gravity. Drop through is less responsive but more stable.
I’ve got the battle axe coming in and going from the dinghy I know it’s going to be so much easier to ride. What’s your opinion on the battle axe and have you ever thought about picking one up?
I’ve got a tugboat, rally cat and I’ve just got a battle axe and I’m liking it so far, it’s nice to ride a drop through again with a nice amount of flex
Hey mate, ill ask again incase, been loving your vids but ive become borderline obsesssed with the switchblade in the background. Is there any way I can convince you to sell me that board, I cant find one anywhere. Its my holy grail. Happy to pay a fair price and shipping. Love from Sydney, Australia. Hit me back bro
Hey Dino, tried to reach you on facebook regarding one of the switchblades you we're selling, please hit me back and let me know if you still have or if its gone, so I can stop hoping haha. Thanks bro.
Looks peacefully while riding.🔥🙌🏻🔥
To me top mounted disperses the weight away from it all being under the deck.. so I agree that they feel faster.❤

Thank you for the review! It's definitely a nice board
Thanks for watching 🙏🏽
Really loving the fixed blade. It carves so well and i feel connected to it. Still same problem, just a little heavy for commuting.

@@jessethebestofall they are 70mm
Such a nice board
Thank you 🙏🏽 it really is, and so comfortable to skate and push
Thanks for your great review. Do you think 90mm wheel would do great on Switchblade without wheel bites?

You have tried A LOT of boards whats the best set up for learning slides in your opinion?
Is there an estimated weight limit? I weigh about 240 so very curious?
Nice review

It feels pretty solid and I have been checking e eye ride. That was the main reason I wanted to reinforce it on the topside.
Ey man
Quick question, is the evo great for cruising ? Is it fast board for cruising/carving ?
@@ibrahimirzan6589 it is pretty solid and can get it going pretty fast while pushing

Top mounting a board actually reduces responsiveness, it gets better leverage when its drop through.

I have looked at that one, I know the guys at Landyachtz really like it and that should say something about it lol it is definitely a sweet board

Top mount is the only way to ride a switchblade, now wear a helmet
Yes 👍🏽 I definitely wore my helmet today, was riding the atvx ditch life and doing some tricks so I needed it for sure! Thanks for watching 🙏🏽
