Why didn't you replace the fan motor assembly if it's covered under warranty instead of "Bandaiding" it? Not a fan of doing "BandAid" repairs I'm having the same problem with mine doing the same bloody thing after 10 months of using it brand new.

What controls the cooling fan. On mine the power goes directly to the motor I would think the thermostat would control it. Magic chief mcswoe24s
Is this something that would happen to a new fan blade? I only had this oven for four months and it just started that loud noise. We hardly ever cook!
