My request is when you're presenting your screen during video if you can present without or small border of "learn to trade" then that will be very helpfull in vewing the chart properly. For short term swing we need to see daily and hourly time frame, in such case we hav to enter when rs, rsi and supertrend gives buy signal in 1 hr time frame, and exit also in 1 hr time frsme when any of the two indicators gives negative sign.

as per me best way to control emotions is mantra chanting and meditation. Offcourse one has to practise it daily. Atleast 6 months of such spiritual practices one can have good control over emotions.
