MTA Bus Company: 2023 Nova Bus LFS "Coneheads" Action on the Q7, Q37, Q40, Q41, Q52 & Q60 in Queens

- In late 2023 the MTA Bus Company LFS fleet entered service out of JFK Depot and out of Baisley Park Depot earlier in the year. Here we see some action of them running on various JFK Routes. These busses will replace all Old Gen Hybrid busses at this depot. Enjoy!

To be honest these buses are starting to grow on me
The Q52 runs on Cross Bay Blvd and Woodhaven Blvd. When I saw “Via Cross Bay Bl”, I thought this was the short-lived program of the Q52 to Liberty Avenue. But the destination still says “Elmhurst Woodhaven Bl Sta.” So MTA decided to go back to the LED display seen on the 2014-2015 New Flyer, ignored the SBS display, and omitted Woodhaven Blvd. Why? In fact, the Q53 SBS runs 2014-2015 New Flyers when there’s no articulated buses available at the time, and it has the same SBS display as the 2016 New Flyer Articulated that runs on the Q52 SBS! Why was MTA unable to use actual SBS displays on the 2023-2024 Nova Bus?

although im not a fan of Coneheads On Bus Company , it’ll be nice to see these on FR routes such as Q35 and Q22. Can’t wait to see these on the Far Rockaway routes someday

I don't see drivers putting announcements these on buses would you think?
That would take a whole lot more time than the subway
