For me, the BEST scene in the entire series was in episode eight, season two where James thought that Alyssa was going to commit suicide. He practically sprinted towards her and shows raw emotion like no other character in the series. Sure, it’s sad, but it was still amazing to watch since James really showed character development unlike Alyssa does. The actors here are like crazy good
Its insane how much more emotion James shows in season 2, It boggles my mind how much he had changed, that pure smile when he see's alyssa again for the first time since the first season just melts my heart and when he yells at alyssa it shocked me seeing as he never was like that before.

I was already a bit depressed when I watched this...why?....because they say there will be no season 3, and the thought that I do not have future seasons of this show to look forward to is depressing. I have no idea how they managed to get us all liking these characters that were at first totally unlikable. I mean James killed animals...that is usually a bridge too far to ever becoming liked by the audience. For a show to not have flashy special effects, or car chases, or nudity, it is unbelievable how excellent this show is....mostly due to the outstanding performances of the 2 lead actors.
Honestly same, but keep in mind season 3 could happen late 2021 or in few years i mean if you think about it they were supposed to make only season 1 and they made season 2, considering alot people love this show s3 is very possible

I honestly believe that eotfw is an entirely underrated series and deserves more recognition for the bond and love that forms between them, they really are amazing and like no other TV series I have ever watched, it is definitely my fave TV show ever and can't wait till it gets the desire it so desperately deserves. S2 E8 when alyssa dived into the pool and they kept flashing james's mom, holy shit i felt the dread he kept bringing up too. i think thats my favorite episode of the show, they ended it off like really fucking well, and. yeah. i liked it.
The relationship between James and Alyssa is really similar to the one I had a few years ago. We argued, broke each other hearts, mistakes were made and we drifted apart. Watching fanvids of them is the only way I can reminiscent on the bond I had without being eaten alive by guilt and other stuff. I miss him so bad, but as the time passed, I changed and I'm sure he did too. So even if I knocked on his door there is no going back. Thank you for helping me cope with my feelings of loss and misplaced love.

All i know is i love these two. They changed a lot in season 2 but in a good way.They realized that all the crazy things they did weren't really the solution. And even though they lost everything in the final, it was meaningful to see them have each other.
I feel like I’m Alyssas and the guy I love is James always so gentle but so close with his emotions. I feel like I mess up everything. I almost got married to another guy just because but I didn’t loved him and now I’m trying my best to get back to the guy I truly love my personal James. Wish me luck. He’s worth it he’s kind, he always accepted me even I mess things up because of my mental health. We make us very happy when we are together.
