So yes characters who were involved in the Subterenian incident, and these who know of her from later, would know of Koishi's existence and the fact that she's Satori's little sister, by simply being told of that fact or encountering her, also characters connected to the Hata Kokoro would know of Koishi, so I believe outside the characters that generally live outside Gensokyou with exception of Sumeriko, a good portion of of them would know who Koishi is by this time. So yes Yuyuko, Sanae and even little Suzy from Suzunan know about Koishi, on the other side characters that are new to the franchise like Miyoi from Lotus Eaters manga, despite having a similar power, might not know about Koishi yet,wonder if Zun will make the two interact.

The arrange is energetic and good, but I feel it has lost that feeling of sheer lunacy that the original held. I suppose a more orchestral arrange could play more to this side of the spectrum. I guess Satori Maiden is just like border of life; the two can be arranged in any genre and yet still sound both fitting and good.
