YD's Pavel is rta build so didn't do well in gw imo. For gw he needs to be a bit more damage oriented and doesn't need 300 spd. Since you can pick teams to 100% outspeed

Yeah... For GW just use 3.7k attack 260% crit damage and 270+ speed... It will be enough to kill Rem's with F.Ceci on field and double kill Arby too... Easy ML Ken kill with him too... He have one brutal weakness (besides fire units and now Bellian)... Angie just MURDERS him because of her passive

No you don't need him that fast but you can use him taht fast what he lack is experience , when to soul burn and when not to.
