I wish I knew this myself, I have to take my phone to the store, to get the power strip, because I accidentally cut it while trying to remove that back, only to find it, it was on the side the entire time.

Only some apps can be stored on the SD Card. You can't move the preset google apps) This is sucky feature. You have to got to app storage to see which apps you can move to store on the SD card. Pictures and videos are fine to store on SD card..
I started mine with the SIM card it already had. Now, I have placed the SIM card from my older phone but it is not working on the Stylo. Should I reset it and set i up with my sim card in it?

The ejector tool EXACTLY like yours will barely even go in, the thing is I remember having this same issue when I first bought the phone brand new Edit: I needed to use a STEADY yet really HARD force to make it open. When I brought it to eye level in front of the light and sideways, I noticed when I pushed down hard, one side slowly would push out. So I kept pressing extremely hard and it kept lifting little by little and with enough persistence it came out!
Vanya - if it still matters to you, the SIM card is already in your phone and working if you are already using it. The phone would not be working as a phone without it, think he was showing how to set up a brand new phone here. The SD card you can probably buy at a Best Buy for less than $10. Get one with 32gig storage capability and then you can transfer your photos and videos off the phone hard drive onto the SD card, and free up more space on the phone.

Good thing I kept ALL the packaging. I will render this opinion, its totally insane that access to the SD compartment is engineered this way. A little special tool or a PAPER CLIP? What is this the 1990's!

you can't like most devices the Asus zenfone deluxe also had this problem there's no adoptable storage.
