I've had my SO tonka for about 5 days now. I LOVE the scent. I just feel like I wish it would project more. I am going to let it macerate a couple of weeks and have another sniff.
I have ordered my SA Tonka. I am hoping I like it!! I can't wait to see a little of your new place/filming area. I am interested to see how much the New repackaged TF clones of maison alhambra are like, and if completely reformulated
Oh, I’m so glad you like Tonka Oud, it has gotten even better. It’s one of my favorites and yes, it doesn’t need to go in perfume Jall oh my goodness I’m obsessed. I even got a second bottle. I don’t know why I heard it was limited edition like that’s just not cool if that’s true
That seems to be the case with a lot of Swiss Arabian over here, which is why I've slacked on buying more of their scents here, they seem to be a lot more than other ME fragrances!
Im obsesses with Oud Tonka! You should title your videos with "Middle Eastern" in the title bc I would not have been able to find this video unless I found a previous one of yours. You will def get more hits for this viral trend :)
I placed an order from Priceritemart for Arabic perfumes purely based on reviews by Nidiya D here on TH-cam. Ard Al Zaafaran Jazzab (gold) which I couldn’t wait to open….love it. And Lattafa Qimmah for women and Khamrah. I haven’t opened them yet ( a birthday present to myself for tomorrow 🤭)
With the middle eastern perfumes I’ve learnt you need to give the bottle a few sprays outside and then let them mascerate for a while couple weeks or sometimes a lot more. Most of them don’t smell their best straight out of the box.
You're right, this applies to most fragrances. For instance, I purchase my spring fragrances in winter, spray them a few times, and then let them sit. I learned this trick from buying fragrances from Oakcha. At first, I disliked the fragrance and thought my nose didn't appreciate niche fragrances. I almost sold three bottles. However, a month later, I sprayed them again and the difference was like night and day. That's when I researched and learned about macerating fragrances.
Good video, why can TH-camrs leave the picture 😂of the perfume they are taking about. They put it for 😮3 seconds and talk about it for 😮5 minutes I don’t understand and don’t have time ❤
Sorry, I can leave it on for longer! I didn't think it was helpful to leave it on for super long and find it more distracting. Appreciate the feedback xx
Hmm, now that you mention it I can see how people might smell cherry. The combination of the bitterness from the almond and the tart citrus from the florals comes across maybe like a bit like cherry, but I don't really get any fruitiness from it overall
a little calmer than normal in this one, staying with in-laws so trying to be considerate (I'm deathly afraid of inconveniencing others)

150 bucks cheese I paid 40 but I don’t know how the conversion works from Australian to US

Happy birthday!! I'll have to look into those ones as well!

I see you already know this, sorry

@@leilani_808 I’m very new to fragrance collecting and am learning a lot. Thank you for your reply
Rave Now Women (pink bottle) is a fabulous Burberry Her Elixir dupe and the OG Rave Now (black bottle) is a great unisex pineapple bomb!
That pink one seems to be hard to find here but I’ll def be picking up the black one!!
The rave now is so good
Tell me more about the scent please 🙊
Looking forward to your review of Tobacco Touch. I have a bottle at home and it smells a bit like cola to me.

Is Lattafa Oud Intense anything similar to Khamrah? I feel like they might be, or am I just crazy?
@nikkib6706 I have both. They don't smell the same in any means. But they are both sugary.
Do you get Cherry in the Oud Tonka? I’m not a Cherry fan and I’ve heard a lot say it smells like cherry?

Hi there you should try Shaghaf Oud Azraq Swiss Arabian. My favorite, honey and oud
Ooh that sounds lovely, thank you I’ll add it to my list!
@@Zurri is very close to Montale honey oud. I like your channel nice review.
I’ve also been trying to hunt down the pink one, can’t find it anywhere in Australia😢
Now is Lataffa
