- The unpredictable Caribbean trade winds wreak havoc on the weather in Puerto Pollo. Raining one moment, sunny and warm the next, savvy pirates carry an umbrella with them just in case. There's nothing worse than having your fine (and expensive!) Haggis McMutton styled hairdo ruined in an instant. Not to mention the risk of soggy fried chicken...

I miss this era of games so much.
CMI is the best installment to me. The artwork, music, characters, dialogue, story, everything worked perfectly all together. Even if Ron G. wasn’t involved, it still came out beautifully.
I doubt that Haggis will find a decent rock up there.
These videos are consistently brilliant, full of small details that show the creators are true fans of Curse.
The atmosphere of that game grabbed me all those years ago and never let go. I'm glad to see other like-minded people in the comments!

Puerto Pollo is the place where I would live in the Monkey Island world. Curse had the best atmosphere out of all the games.

Loving these. Another one that could be fun is a SCUMM Bar interior (or other bar/ tavern/ restaurant) that uses different musical cues from the different eateries across the different games (like the SMI SCUMM Bar, EMI SCUMM Bar, Blondebeard's Chicken, JoJo the Monkey from MI2, Starbuccaneers, etc).
(Whatever you choose next, I'm here for it)
