It's always so wonderful to see newer kpop fans react to TVXQ and realize their intense talent, as they are so criminally overlooked and underappreciated in current kpop. As a Cassie since debut, I really love your videos reacting to them - keep it up!! ❤
Forgot to mention - when you asked during Purple Line just how they could have 16 singles in Japan in such a short time....yeah that's when TVXQ were worked to near death and it was a big reason why the three other past members sued SM Entertainment. TVXQ were basically working and going between Korea and Japan nonstop from 2005-2009. Literally nonstop. If you look at their schedules back then they weren't even allowed vacations or days off. 4 hours of sleep at night if they were lucky.

omg yes!!! ❤️ pls do more tvxq and i would personally love to see you getting into their ot5 stuff as well. i know a lot of people prefer ot2 content but you would really be missing out on fantastic vocals and songs if you skip out on their older stuff
also lol their early sound is not rocky at all even though Tri-angle (one of their title tracks in their first album) has like a rocky metal sound mixed with pop and classical music (very much SM at the time). they actually were quite honestly kings of ballads and live singing. they have really stellar ballads and slower tunes in their early discography

I’m actually quite similar to you in that I really enjoy SM boy groups (even though I, too, have issues with some SuJu members). My ult group is Shinee and I never got into TVXQ until about a year ago and omg!!!! Life changing. I have never experienced vocals like this, which is crazy to say bc again, I am a hardcore shawol. But their harmonies as five and the raw talent they had as just really young boys is astounding. I don’t think many boy groups, if any, could ever live up to early TVXQ

In the past during the group split, it was like fight and war, it was horrible and it was like the worst break up ever, but I feel like all of them have moved on from that..and I am proud I am still a Cassiopeia/BigEast till this day ❤ Yunho and Changmin really done great for this amazing 20 years (ok, i am crying right now)..

If you are interested in bass/guitar instrumental sound then I will recommend "Truth" and "Love Line".. most of their songs are a little bit dramatic their MVs also like that a little bit over the top 😂..but yeah that is why I like them..

Just fun fact. Jae joong (hero) is the face of tvxq and SM have sought his face shape in future gens. That why there are some idols that look similar to Hero. Also, apparently, final fantasy 15 took inspiration from his face for one of their characters.
