As a sushi 🍣 teacher let me give u a small tip..as u r making gimbap by using whatever ingredients available that's okay bt while cutting gimbap dip ur knife 🔪 in a cold water each time before cutting it...ur gimbap don't smash by doing that...

@@neelamprahari7428 there is nothing like specific Japanese rice thing..the sticky rice which has label of sushi rice as well is best for sushi,kimbap or any Chinese, Japanese, Korean cuisine 💗 it's a bit expensive that's why for trying at home or practicing Ur sushi skill u can use any freshly harvested local mota rice which is sticky too..bt ofcos it's not gona meet sushi sticky rice quality bt for cheaper options that one would be great👍
