3 weeks.. Thats a long time for that distance. My R100 averages 1.5Miles a day at 36" in rocky ground.

They are running fiber optic in my area and they have 2 Vermeer rtx1250 plows 2 mini excavators a backhoe loader and they was using 2 Vermeer directional drills

Some projects definitely require more equipment, we had someone else do the few road crossings with a drill, and we have 1 mini ex as well
