I have been in a similar Martina's situation. I was working in a company which owner had an static comercial position, not grow absolutely. While I suggested several changes but never heard me. After my holidays I told him "I won't work more ". He could't belive! Was a hard but good decition. Thanks L E Stories!

Hi. These sort of things happen in every company. This story almost apply on me. We started small & expanded massively, but some wicked manager's turned the ambience of the office very bad. I have been through this and before it started to take a toll on me I am glad I got a new job with 50% hike in my salary. My present co is free from office politics and my Canadian boss is a very good person. I wonder why most of the good people belong to Canada. Thanks.
last year i worked in restaurant it was honstly toxic work but i saved some money from that work now i study e commerce and english and cooking i feel free
I have a toxic job and I've been working for 20 years but I'm afraid of resignation, because at my age changing the career would be a disaster but I always think about it
Hello dear good afternoon! Work in an office? Not everybody have had the chance to finish the studies in an university. But that doesn’t mean that everyone of them that didn’t have finished the university that they were not smart enough as the others that they had the financial situation fine. Oh yes I have suffered much more than her. Because my boss mistreated me every time also I was payed as with the sum of the money of devil they given me I even didn’t can’t survive. So don’t complain too much. Because there are more worst. But it is not easy to leave if you have a place to live in. If you have not? What you could do ??
