👍👍 O, please do more videos like this one, Norrine! I appreciate your honest efforts to preview & promote only the items you would actually purchase & use. I had never heard of this company before, but they look like winners! My only problem would be getting the board set up as I live in an apartment that has a "no-holes" rule. I have long wanted a pegboard for my craft corner studio. Until now, Ikea seemed to be my best choice. I may have to figure out how to convert a junk piece of furniture into a "wall" to which I can attach a pegboard. Hmmmm...Any suggestions are welcome! 🎉🤸 Yay for you!

I just found you and you now have a brand new subscriber! My husband bought me a storage building to move me out of the second bedroom, LOL. Will be finished after painting and putting down flooring. Anyway, he put up my peg board from one end of the wall to the other end, above my desk, also from one end of the wall to the other. Your tips are gonna be very handy when it comes time to organize my peg board! I can hardly wait to get going in my craft building. I have seen a few others showing how to organize their boards, but yours is done in a much better way on how to do it. Thank you so much!! I did see it!!!! I'm so excited for your new craft building! And, a little jealous! LOL I'd never had a peg board before this video... now I can't be without one! I love my peg board, and still have all of my most used tools out and easy to get to. Keep me posted on your craft space!!!!
I use the IKEA board as well as the regular pegboard side by side. The IKEA board did cost more but was worth it for me. I'd send you pictures but I don't know how.🤷♀️ I really enjoy your videos. They inspire me all the time. I take your creative ideas and run with them. Sometimes exactly the same as yours and sometimes a little different. I still brag about you to my sewing friends when they ask me about my 2 rain gutters on my sewing room wall that holds mostly all my ribbon. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos.

I installed a peg board in my kitchen to hang all my cast iron skillets (4), griddle, muffin pan and odd shaped grilling utensils on. I made sure it was anchored securely into the studs in the wall and the pegs held the weight of the cast iron! I love peg boards!
I never realized how versatile they were! I'm getting pics from almost every room in the house! You guys are so creative!!!!
I have 6 pegboards. 3 full 8ft boards and the rest are cut down pieces. Love them all!

I love MADD pegs!!!! I hung my peg board on a long curtain rod in front of my built-in shelves, that way I can slide it out of my way to get what I need behind it

I have considered a pegboard but for right now I have the dollar tree pegboard.
My wife and I were both widowed when we got married. So we had two households worth of stuff. But wait! There's more. Wife's mum, also widowed, lived with wife when she died. So we have THREE households of posessions! And our new house together is a cottage. All this to say, we appreciate your space saving ideas.

I wish I knew about these hooks a month ago when I installed my pegboard. I bought a bundle of hooks from eBay and they were useless, didn’t have the little notch thingy and kept falling out. Went to my local hardware store & they didn’t have many options, so ended up buying some decent ones from amazon & having to pay a fortune for shipping to Australia. The postage cost more than the hooks! Thanks for introducing these guys, I’ll start saving for postage to get some baskets 😊❤️🇦🇺

you can buy plastic things called Peg Locks that hold the pegs in so nothing comes crashing down. I get them at Lowes in a 25 piece package. I have 4 pegboards in my house and use the locks on all of them. I love pegboards, two are in my sewing room.

I have a pegboard in what used to be my craft room, but is now my mother-in-law's room. I was thrilled with it when I was able to use it! I, too, had the problem of the hooks falling out easily, so I appreciate the information about the different size hooks. Someday I hope to have access to this area again. My MIL is 93, but God-willing, she will live to be 100!
I hope you do get many more years with your MIL! But hope you get a new temporary place to craft ;)
The Crafty Organizer I have a supposed craft area in the garage, but it isn't convenient because it is crowded and not heated in winter and too hot in summer. Most of my Mayer I also are currently piled around my recliner in the living room. Bless my long-suffering husband. He never complains.
We have one on a bench with a pegboard in our garage but I am not going to show you that mess, lol.

I have a small peg board that’s meant to b a door for a shelf modular system. I got it on clearance @ Michaels. w plans for my craft tools, etc.

I used the IKEA system and like the versativity. I use a spring curtain rod to put my ribbans and paper on a roll.
I have been considering Ikea but like this one too. Spring tension rods have long had a special place in my heart for several uses!
I also use the IKEA board. I also use a different mail order company to get hooks to go with it as well.
Hi Norrine! Great peg board!. I have the Ikea one which is a metal board. It’s pretty good and has lots of cups and storage bins too. Again it’s a case of buying the storage that you need, not what looks good. This one has little bungee cords too. I m not on Facebook, so can’t upload pics. See you soon xx
I've seen the Ikea ones! I love the multi function they offer - and the little cups that slide in and out! But, number one.... it functions! Having it look great is just a wonderful bonus. :)

We have several pegboards around our home. The one in my sewing room above my sewing machine, but it's the IKEA Skådis. I love it. I'm redoing the walk in closet in my sewing room. I have two 4 x 8 foot pegboards, but have yet to decide if I'll use both. The other pegboards are in the garage with hand tools, which is also being revamped, and as cabinet doors in the woodwork shop. I really should record all the reorganizing I'm doing lately.

@@TheCraftyOrganizer I'd love to, but for figuring out how to record while working and moving around so much. I need a camera person. Hubby has a GoPro with a head strap for scuba diving, but not sure if that would record enough. It might be too focused. Or make the view dizzy!

I wish I would have had this video years ago. I don't have my own sewing room now and it drive me crazy but when I did we put a big pegboard up and I always wondered why it was hard to get the hooks in. LOL.
I did that the first time! LOL I learned the hard way.... which is why I wanted to share that step. :)

I have been thinking about how I can set up a pegboard to hold dozens of strands of beads for jewelry making.I was thinking maybe I could make a free standing room divider, you know like a folding screen/room divider. I also am renting and I wouldn’t be putting holes in the wall that way. I just haven’t quite figured out how to make it. I guess I’ll be doing more research! Happy to have found out about this company, thanks!
Make the free standing one with a bookcase, like I did!!!! Then you can easily take it with you if you ever leave!! AND use the bottom shelves for shallow tray storage. If you are handy, you could even put the bookcase on casters to move around with you! Just make sure the base has extra weight for stability.

I did get a pegboard just haven't determine what to put on it yet. I also had my husband take the light cover cut it and put it in a box for all my markers, and blending pens.
