I looked up the specs for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 (has an octacore processor, 4@2.1 GHz AND 4@1.5 GHz, 4 GB of LPDDR4 RAM) it's light years ahead of XP requirements so the problem of it not running might be your allocation of RAM and cores (1) which might be affected by the how the VM works. Follow ups on this conjecture by techs are welcomed.

Moreover, I did a test that did not require the installation of the software "Rotation Control". I use the Tab key and other methods and the Enter key to set it in the relevant tabs. The only thing to note is that the dpi value can't be set very small at once, because that won't work. You should adjust the dpi value little by little, such as 144, or other values. You can't run windows 8 on limbo, it crashes even on Oneplus 6 (I tried literally every setting). Windows XP can barely run, so before saying it will work, TEST IT.
It would work IF and ONLY IF you have an x86 or armv8 cpu with a kvm supported kernel. Like a Chromebook.
Then you can enable kvm and give as much RAM as you can.😉
