The guide says to remove the AeroPress from the scale at 1:45 and then press the air out and then extract all of the coffee by the 2 min mark. So you have 15 seconds to press the air out and extract all of the coffee, is that correct? Or should the total extraction time be 2:30?

I would hate to have to carry all that shit with me just to brew a cup of coffee when I travel
