Cramps hurt ofc but for me specifically the ones that hurt the most are like hamstrings and calf’s. I had to take a break from practice for like 30 minutes cuz I couldn’t move my legs from the cramps I had in my calf’s and hamstrings that day
Charlie horses are the worst, and I get them every night for every pregnancy during the 3rd trimester.I have to eat a banana right before bed to try and prevent them and I can’t stretch my legs out or I’ll for sure get a Charlie horse 😭😭😭
