DHA valley has disappointed me b/c being overseas I paid in US dollars ( so price escalation should not matter to price which overseas paid in dollars). DHA first collected all installments, after that imposed SDC and now demanding price escalation charges. So seriously, how can we trust that DHA will deliver something but just keep asking for various charges without actual delivery of plots. After converting dollars to ruppie ( as overseas has not paid in ruppie), the actual cost of 8 marla is almost 50 lac. I don't see any benefit of investing in property. Almost same is true for some other plots which I and my friends bought in Karachi as well. Only beneficiary of all this are dealers who are playing with sales and purchase.
