I am SO happy I found your channels! I am obsessed and binge-watching! We are not full-time and are preparing for our first trip of the year. We are living healthy with clean eating and exercise and worry that it will go by the wayside while RVing (Like it did last year!). I have already learned so much from you and LOVE that you have healthy Blackstone recipes because I've been searching!
I remember following you guys when you lived in the van. Loved those workout and cooking videos. It was awesome to see peeps working it out on the road, not living the (let me make overnight reservations in advance) world. You have clearly moved on from that lifestyle,,,,congrats on your big RV life.
Lots of great info guys. I like the idea of meat from local ranchers. However, I just wait for my niece to fill her freezer with her latest catch and I raid that. There was elk last year and bison before that. Really yummy and the price is right. Whoops, guess I could have given you some at Bash. Maybe when we run into you next time.
25:32 we were trying to imagine what it would be like to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of ideal body weight and had a hard time figuring out how to eat that much. Could it be 1 gram of protein per kilogram of ideal body weight? (So #lbs divided by 2.2 = grams of protein)
Great video . I am a 72 year old I walk 4+ miles per day , not overweight, should my protein intake be the same as a young person as you talked about in your video or does age make a difference?

Nope, 1 gram per pound 👍🏼

Yes yours should be about 1 gram per pound of bodyweight as well. Aging is a factor that you should make sure you get enough.
