I think our judiciary/court system should set up special court nation wide that tackle hate and inciting speeches. This will encourage people to use the court when one feel aggrieved on account of defamatory write ups on the social media. Provision for heavy fines and not death sentence or imprisonment should be made.

Gentle men Any government that don't want to triolet hate speech doesn't accommodate or love her people, because it is must that everyone will not like the way some one do something even Almighty God still love us no matter how we wrong him in all our ways, so government must accommodate hate speech, because there must be hate speech, because every must not love you no matter what do

The idea of boarder issue lies on government plans. In United States, the government has an open market strategy to create competition, they have strong quality/quantity control. Nigeria government should make loans available to all these interested student to go farming. The government should contract with private banks. Let them borrow from the bank and the government guarantee the loan, and regulate the process.

Hate Speeches must be checked in the country and those that make them should be dealt with when they violate the law especially the right of the common man. However, the punishment should not be death sentence. Hate Speeches have been broadcasted through the various media in Nigeria without being censored by the Media. Whether or not everyone has the right to say whatever they want to say, it is the responsibility of the media to determine what should be aired on their platform. For example, the idea that the President was dead in 2017 and that Aso Rock was occupied by a Sudanese was circulated in the social media for almost a year, and yet the main media that was supposed to correct the false rumor going around the social media did nothing to correct it. No one has the right to instigate violence because of the constitutional right to freedom of speech. Nigerians go too far as to they say or put out in the social media.

In America you cannot bring in Agricultural products from a foreign Country...especially in California. Nigeria is right...no Country should take advantage of us.

The idea here seems the bill is traced to Sharia law implementation by style. Buhari and his camp should be flexible with their strategies, and forget about been slave to religion. Buhari need to understand that you become institutionally obligated to your people when you are a leader. Religion can influence you, but must not control you.

For Agriculture to be properly encouraged it must be subsidised in its funding.
The farmer faces three forces, namely; pests, weather and labour. Therefore the interest in farming enterprises loans should be at not more than 4% or thereabout.
When this happens farm products would be cheaper and stand to be much more affordable than the imported stuff
Another very important factor is preservation. A huge percentage of produced farm items is lost due to lack of adequate storage.
Of course, electricity supply has many parts to play in all areas of national life; farming not excluded.
In these days of Solar Energy generation of Electricity reasonable power supply can be made available to serve farming locations, even away from the national power grid as being done in India

Agriculture has been subsidized in Nigeria for decades, from fertilizers to the phone initiative by former minister Akinwumi Adesina. What we need for agriculture is mechanisation and use of advanced techniques. We have a lot of food in Nigeria but WWE fail to manage it properly and the transportation system to get the materials from the interlands to the urban centers.
That is why I like the rail systems being developed and the federal roads receiving advantage.

I appreciate you guys and at the same time it would be nice if we can at least think normally. Closing the border means customs are not capable or better still not doing their job. The masses are dying and the government is insensitive to that. Am sorry to say we are still backwards. We need to upgrade in our discussions
