Hi Abby. BR is the best! 🙌It changed my skin. No redness, irritation, just amazing. I use almost the same routine. I changed my BR cleanser to MBR enzyme booster cleanser. And i do like it, for now. Maybe in colder weather, will be too drying. P50 i have all. But my favorite is P50 Pigm 400 its just gives enough exfoliation for the skin ,without irritation when i use 3R .My skin is absolutely love it. I use some kind of mask , mainly Chantecaille and Valmont , every day. I dont use BR masks right now.Then serums Placenta, Colostrum and also Matriciel Visage . Then at night i use Vernix with Pigm 400 cream and finish with VipO2 serum and Future golden touch oil. That new cream you got sounds interesting. I might get after i finished my Placenta cream. I still have old version. I heard its not the same, it was reformulated. .i never tried yall serum nor silk one. I am going to get next. I just purchased AnteAge Human growth hormones system ( serum and accelerator) just used for the first time , today, and without finishing cream or serums, the skin feels great. I use much of the same items as you but I do like to dabble with others too and I will mix another brand in such as the eye serums, roller ball, and cleansing balm. The wait was long, but worth it, lol! I started some new serums/creme in July and really liking A-Glyca, Placenta and Oglio Proteins Marine and Placenta Creme. I'm using W in the AM and '70's V PM. Will need to touch base w Bisma again when Fall weather sets in. Thanks for posting. Always interested in Biologique Recherche content especially for us over 50's!
Absolutely! My BR routine does not change that much so I feel like they can be redundant - but since I had a new Creme to share- I thought it was a good time! I will do one with Bisma in October. I think we are shooting for October 11th!!! So stay tuned for that. xoxo
I adore BR and you’re the one who turned me on to it. Bisma is a genius and she has my skin looking so healthy. I love the new cream - it’s super lovely. The biofixine is my eye cream of choice - I think I’m on my third or fourth one by now. I’m trying a new sunscreen and really like it - ISDIN (Bisma again). It’s very light weight and disappears in seconds. I probably need to get another finishing serum. It’s always the last on my list for things to spend money on (and there are so many with BR).

ISDIN eyecream is wonderful. I also love their vitamin C and their tinted sunscreen. I discovered Biologique Recherche a few years ago and I ADORE their products!

ahhh abby our favourite skincare brand ! 😍 love watching the update ! one thing though re p50 : T is an additional version available in Canada & Asia & probably nowhere else. it is the gentlest version whereas W is available everywhere so they don’t actually replace each other. only the US carries p50 with phenol (1970 version) because it’s an ingredient banned for use in cosmetics in the EU & restricted in canada & asia. my favourites are still the same : lait u for light makeup removal & lait vipo2 as second cleanse; p50 v, t or original (i’ve run out of pigm400 but want to finish the T first which is the version i like least - my bottles are either 50ml or 150ml); placenta serum to soothe & heal (very keen to try the new formula soon), then complex iribiol or oligo protéines marine to target either breakouts or brightening; amniotique for hydration & elastine just round the eyes. occasionally i use 3R and a-glyca for a month or so. creams will be vernix (also my first creme & love !) and pigm400; occasionally creme placenta, vipo2 or millésime. i have the biofixine eye cream only for day use. i’m also keen to try the new serum for the eye area, liposmose ! finally, finishing serums are not in my regular routine, but the ones i use occasionally are vipo2, rénovateur14 & millésime. and of course the masks : i like mixing vipo2 with vivant, it’s probably my most frequently used combo followed by either of them on their own. do you like mc110, and do you know the difference between creme biofixine & the creme masque biofixine ? Louise- I definitely would reach out Bisma. She can customize a BR routine to fit your budget and is also great about incorporating what you already have into your routine. So you can definitely start small. I am thinking about Creme Aminos for you- it is a solid brightening and hydrating cream... but I would definitely ask BISMA. She is the expert du jour. xoxo
Hey Abby: We are pretty close on almost everything you mentioned. I have both P50 products....my V version is not the 1970. May try the W version next which is extra gentle since I am still using a Retinol 2x a week. My skin will flake if I over do so may have to eliminate that one all together because I want to keep the PIGM 400 protocol. I use Splendodamine instead of the VG Tensil for toning and firming plus the new ADN creme.....fabulous! :) Use La Mer lifting eye serum and then the BR Biofixine eye cream.....need to get more....I am out! Lip prep is Cle de Peau lip treatment....love this plus Sara Happ sugar lip scrub. Mask Vernix is the BEST not to mentin ALL the masks and tools plus our beloved SPF 50 from Glo Beauty and the BR facial mist and other serums/creams you mentioned and those you did not that I use. Yup...we are pretty close. Great line...beautiful products.......wonderful performance. Highly recommend to anyone to get started on it when/if they can. No looking back! :)

I like Creme ADN Metamorphique too much, i used Creme Metamorphique but BR the new version is perfect! Also love a Creme Splendide , for me Creme Splendide is more firming, i'll turn back to Splendide after i'll finish ADN Metamorphique jar, i have an oily mature skin.

…… Creme ADN Metamorphique, Creme Biofixine, both mixed with Creme PIGM 400 for daytime. When some redness occurs I take Creme verte espoir AR. It‘s a little bit like vernix, but lighter in texture, so better for daytime than vernix. In the evening I take vernix, mixed with PIGM 400.
Tonic BR is really the best tonic i have ever used on my sensitive skin! Less pores less redness less pigmetation.Skin is even!. I was so scepitc becous of my sensitve skin with deep clean and AHA! but once i tried......U ll see the differenc. I only have p50w and that is enough. I can see improvement only by using tonic.

thank you for this video- just realized that Bisma is in ATL which isnt too far from my new home in Birmingham. I would love to have a more specialized approach than just trying things out!
My favorite BL product is a milk cleanser Lait EV which I use it every morning as well as in evenings for double cleanse. I have tried all lotions and 1970V seems to be the one works for my skin but don’t like the phenol smell and lotion W seems to be bit strong for my face so I use it for body.
Target Serums: serum matricielle visage and PIGM 400. Masking: biosensible, great for redness and soothing; biomagic (really magic); vip O2 and vivant on the T-zone .

I am 55 years old, have the same skin condition like you and this is my routine: Lait E.V. and Lait VIP O2 Lotion P50 PIGM 400 /P50 W Serum Placenta, to calm down Serum VG Tensil mixed with Serum Collagen Marine for lifting and toning Serum Elasten (arround the eyes) and than Eyecream biofixine (highly recommend, because it really lifts the eye area and gives enough hydration for the day); by night I only use serums around my eyes, although my eye area is quiet dry (elastine, oligo protein and the new lipsmose (!). For creams I use the new 😍 Ute
Finishing Serum: VIP O2 and le grande serum (wonderful glow). The sunscreen from BR is really great, highly recommended, because ist doesn‘t destroys the glow from the used products. That‘s it.Lots of products, But I like the way you can combine them, for your current skin instant. And I love the little „me-time“! Sorry if my english is not perfect. Greetings from germany. 😍 Ute
@@angelinegiselle the new placenta, I haven‘t tried yet, I have the old version, which is great when my skin reacts sensitiv. The liposmose serum is great too. It is a little bit thicker and works well underneath the eyes. My eyearea is quiet dry with some small wrinkles. By night I take elastine, oligo and than liposmose underneath the eyearea and that works really well

Fabulous! Thank you! My husband and I both suffer from rosacea, I think we will reach out to Bisma. Have you ever been recommended to get a laser treatment for your rosacea? And have you done it and how did it work for you? Was this skincare the only thing that truly worked for you? We’ve both been prescribed various prescription creams and I am on a low dose antibiotic currently. Did you go through those as well only to land with Biologic?
Charli- I did some LED to calm the skin and I personally worked on my own gut health. I think that was a big part of resolving it along with BR. I did a cleanse - took probiotics, added in Vital Proteins- and basically ate pretty darn clean - at the same time- I started using BR and that helped calm down the inflammation on my skin too. Creamy cleanser, acid, creme vernix. So it seemed to be a combo of healing my gut and finding the right products for my skin. I hope this helps! I know how UN FUN rosacea is!
Hi Abby! So do you feel like the BR cleansers take off an oil cleanser/balm pretty well in one go? Do you don’t remove your second cleanse with a cloth right?
Amanda- I use a cloth to take off my first cleanse with my balm. Then I do my second cleanse with my Lait EV. I do not feel the need to take off the second cleanse with a cloth. I hope this helps. xoxo
I use both. I use the VG Tensil along with Colostrum and Splenodermine for my quintessential serums, then a couple of pumps of Matriciel Visage with a pressing and lifting motion. Then I apply cream MSR-H as my moisturizer then Fluide VIP O2 as my finishing serum. A few nights a week, I use Cream Vernix and/or Masque VIP O2 and leave overnight.
Does the new br adn cream work as well as the old versions that they discontinued? They have completely different ingredients now. All vegan? I just ordered and I’m really hoping I didn’t make a mistake.

James- I actually think this is better!! The texture is like pudding and is so silky! It has the same effect as the ADN elastine marine but I find this to be a bit more hydrating and more GLOWY! SO I think they replaced it with a better product. For reals!! xoxo

Louise- I definitely would reach out Bisma. She can customize a BR routine to fit your budget and is also great about incorporating what you already have into your routine. So you can definitely start small. I am thinking about Creme Aminos for you- it is a solid brightening and hydrating cream... but I would definitely ask BISMA. She is the expert du jour. xoxo
Hey Abby: We are pretty close on almost everything you mentioned. I have both P50 products....my V version is not the 1970. May try the W version next which is extra gentle since I am still using a Retinol 2x a week. My skin will flake if I over do so may have to eliminate that one all together because I want to keep the PIGM 400 protocol. I use Splendodamine instead of the VG Tensil for toning and firming plus the new ADN creme.....fabulous! :) Use La Mer lifting eye serum and then the BR Biofixine eye cream.....need to get more....I am out! Lip prep is Cle de Peau lip treatment....love this plus Sara Happ sugar lip scrub. Mask Vernix is the BEST not to mentin ALL the masks and tools plus our beloved SPF 50 from Glo Beauty and the BR facial mist and other serums/creams you mentioned and those you did not that I use. Yup...we are pretty close. Great line...beautiful products.......wonderful performance. Highly recommend to anyone to get started on it when/if they can. No looking back! :)
Woo hoo!!! Yep, it is an amazing line!!! I did try the Splendodamine and it was a bit too active for my fussy skin- but it has amazing results!!! I like Creme ADN Metamorphique too much, i used Creme Metamorphique but BR the new version is perfect! Also love a Creme Splendide , for me Creme Splendide is more firming, i'll turn back to Splendide after i'll finish ADN Metamorphique jar, i have an oily mature skin.

…… Creme ADN Metamorphique, Creme Biofixine, both mixed with Creme PIGM 400 for daytime. When some redness occurs I take Creme verte espoir AR. It‘s a little bit like vernix, but lighter in texture, so better for daytime than vernix. In the evening I take vernix, mixed with PIGM 400.

Tonic BR is really the best tonic i have ever used on my sensitive skin! Less pores less redness less pigmetation.Skin is even!. I was so scepitc becous of my sensitve skin with deep clean and AHA! but once i tried......U ll see the differenc. I only have p50w and that is enough. I can see improvement only by using tonic.

My favorite BL product is a milk cleanser Lait EV which I use it every morning as well as in evenings for double cleanse. I have tried all lotions and 1970V seems to be the one works for my skin but don’t like the phenol smell and lotion W seems to be bit strong for my face so I use it for body.
Try P50 PIGM400, it is the most gentle one.

Serum VG Tensil mixed with Serum Collagen Marine for lifting and toning
Serum Elasten (arround the eyes) and than Eyecream biofixine (highly recommend, because it really lifts the eye area and gives enough hydration for the day); by night I only use serums around my eyes, although my eye area is quiet dry (elastine, oligo protein and the new lipsmose (!).

@@angelinegiselle the new placenta, I haven‘t tried yet, I have the old version, which is great when my skin reacts sensitiv. The liposmose serum is great too. It is a little bit thicker and works well underneath the eyes. My eyearea is quiet dry with some small wrinkles. By night I take elastine, oligo and than liposmose underneath the eyearea and that works really well

Fabulous! Thank you! My husband and I both suffer from rosacea, I think we will reach out to Bisma. Have you ever been recommended to get a laser treatment for your rosacea? And have you done it and how did it work for you? Was this skincare the only thing that truly worked for you? We’ve both been prescribed various prescription creams and I am on a low dose antibiotic currently. Did you go through those as well only to land with Biologic?
Charli- I did some LED to calm the skin and I personally worked on my own gut health. I think that was a big part of resolving it along with BR. I did a cleanse - took probiotics, added in Vital Proteins- and basically ate pretty darn clean - at the same time- I started using BR and that helped calm down the inflammation on my skin too. Creamy cleanser, acid, creme vernix. So it seemed to be a combo of healing my gut and finding the right products for my skin. I hope this helps! I know how UN FUN rosacea is!

Amanda- I use a cloth to take off my first cleanse with my balm. Then I do my second cleanse with my Lait EV. I do not feel the need to take off the second cleanse with a cloth. I hope this helps. xoxo

Any ideal the differences between SERUM MATRICIEL VISAGE and SERUM VG TENSIL? To me both are toning, tightening, plumping the skin
I use both. I use the VG Tensil along with Colostrum and Splenodermine for my quintessential serums, then a couple of pumps of Matriciel Visage with a pressing and lifting motion. Then I apply cream MSR-H as my moisturizer then Fluide VIP O2 as my finishing serum.
A few nights a week, I use Cream Vernix and/or Masque VIP O2 and leave overnight.
Does the new br adn cream work as well as the old versions that they discontinued? They have completely different ingredients now. All vegan? I just ordered and I’m really hoping I didn’t make a mistake.

James- I actually think this is better!! The texture is like pudding and is so silky! It has the same effect as the ADN elastine marine but I find this to be a bit more hydrating and more GLOWY! SO I think they replaced it with a better product. For reals!! xoxo
