- Most of the patients are scared before a Total Hip replacement surgery that it's going to be very painful and also you will be in more pain than your before the surgery. That is actually not the case, in fact they are much happier day cannot feel the pain of AVM which they felt before and they are able to do movements that were painful restricting their day-to-day life! We can make them take a turn on the side to sleep, make them walk using the help of a Walker or holding hand this actually helps in the reduction of the swelling post-operation and avoid any blood clot formation!
Get up from the chair is also encouraged after the first night and you can use the chair commode for your toilet.
So all the pain you had before in your groin or hip and your limp in the walk gets sorted and your leg and muscle strength improves in the coming days making you more physically fit and able-bodied!

Yes.. The moment after anaesthesia wean my AVN pain Gone forever.. I am totally free of Pain.. I was about to resign before retirement.. But now after THR (Bilateral back to back surgery) I am likely to work till my retirement...

I had hip replacement December 2022. I started walking after 3 months. March 2023.slowly I realised some pain in my knees but docter told I have knees arthritis...can you see my x-ray and tell me if I really have knees arthritis..I fear because I am 96 kg in my weight.
